Hugo is a sound and lighting technician, DJ, and community-focused event organiser based in Wrexham, North Wales. He is a co-founder of Wearewired.live, a not-for-profit platform dedicated to showcasing electronic music and visual artistry in all its forms. Through WIRED — their open mic night for electronic musicians and creatives at Tŷ Pawb — Hugo helps provide a space for experimentation, collaboration, and expression.

As the technical lead for WIRED events, Hugo oversees all things sound and lighting, making sure each performance is delivered with care and clarity. Whether it’s modular synths, ambient journeys, or high-energy live sets, he’s passionate about giving artists the tools and support to sound their best.

Hugo is also one half of DIM OND DAWNS, a DJ duo with longtime friend Ash, known for their genre-blending sets and inclusive dancefloor vibes. Together with Ash and Dan, he also contributes to THREEFOLD PRODUCTIONS, creating immersive visual environments through projection and light.

At the heart of everything Hugo does is a simple mission — to build community through creativity and make Wrexham a home for underground electronic culture.
