Mike Parnell (djamtomorrow) is an electroacoustic artist currently exploring the place of the Zimbabwean mbira within electronic music after finding a huge dust covered mbira with a pickup in the Harare Art Gallery some years ago. His sound uses complex effect chains alongside grooveboxes, drum machines and synths and styles range from ambient and chilled beats to experimental and harsh noise.
He regularly plays live and gigs have included the Woodbridge Ambient Music Festival, The Church of Sound in Nottingham and Moolaaki Club Audio Interface in Birkenhead alongside weekly twitch livestreams.
